The Department for European Policies publishes the online list of national contact points (Distinct Bodies) for State Aid. The list is made of the contact persons appointed by all the central and regional administrations in charge of managing relations with the Department for European Affairs in the field of State Aid issues.

The Distinct Bodies are aimed at rationalising the interactions on State Aid rules between Administrations and the Department for European Policies, also by disseminating information, news, documents and practices.

The Distinct Bodies, in particular, play a relevant role in light of the coordination activity with Ministries and Regions entrusted, in the field of State Aid, to the Department for European Affairs by Law No. 234/2012 ("General rules on Italy's participation in definition and implementation of EU legislation and policies").

This list is published to promote contacts and interactions between Public Administrations.
