Public administrations, entities, bodies not registered in the IMI System, legal entities and individuals (citizens), be they service providers or recipients of services, may not make direct use of the System, but may contact the IMI Helpdesk for information relating to:

• Competent authorities registered in IMI in EU and EEA States;
• Bodies, offices, agencies, associations and organisations in the residence Member State from which to obtain assistance.

Competent authorities not registered in the IMI System may use the IMI Helpdesk to request for information.
