Conference on the Future of Europe, final report delivered to EU institutions

In a closing ceremony in Strasbourg, on the occasion of Europe Day, the President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola, President Emmanuel Macron on behalf of the Council Presidency, and the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, received the Report on the final outcomes of the Conference on the Future of Europe from the Co-Chairs of the Executive Committee.

Conference on the Future of Europe: 49 final proposals approved. Amendola, "A response to the crises we are facing"

On 29 and 30 April, the plenary session of the Conference on the Future of Europe met in Strasbourg for the last time and approved 49 final proposals. For Undersecretary Amendola it is "a response to the crises we are facing, to write together the agenda of a Europe that must revise and amend its Treaties". The final report will be presented during the Europe Day ceremony on 9 May.

“Europe is in your hands", the winners of the competition

The list of the winning classes (for each category: video, PPT, social media content) of the national competition titled "L'Europa è nelle tue mani" (Europe is in your hands), promoted by the Department for European Policies and the Ministry of Education, has now been published. Twenty-one (21) winners: 13 in the video category, 4 in the PPT category, and 4 in the social media content category.

Policies and incentives for Southern Europe, the proposals put forward at "Incontriamoci a Lecce"

Ideas and contributions put forward by the university and Phd students participating in the afternoon workshop of "Incontriamoci a Lecce” (Let's meet in Lecce). The ideas and proposals put forward mainly concern economic and social issues ranging from strengthening digital infrastructures to ensuring a European-level employment system, from abolishing unpaid internships and unfunded PhD courses to establishing tax and contribution incentives in southern regions in order to encourage digital nomads.
