Main Tasks

• in coordination with the relevant Departments and Offices of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, carrying out management control activities, annual assessment of the executives’ and officers’ performance and personnel management and training;
• drafting and running the Department’s budget, including procurement activities;
• drafting the Department’s annual programme of activities;
• ensuring organization and functioning of the IT protocol and archives;
• providing technical support for the management of EU cohesion policies;
• ensuring to citizens and professionals the right to access documents and dossiers on EU matters.
